Midnight Crawlers

We're currently running a D&D Campaign with my friends. 3 out of 4 players are new to the game and I am the GM of the session. I want to inspire them to role-play as their characters more so I thought, 'why not create a party illustration of them?' I hope this will encourage them to enjoy the game more.
